DoubleVerify is hiring an Account Manager to oversee customer accounts and relationships. You'll collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions in the digital advertising space. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, with experience in servicing customer accounts and building relationships. You excel at overseeing all aspects of campaigns, from kick-off to reporting, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. Your ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, including senior executives, sets you apart. You are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude that drives you to succeed in the advertising technology space.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at DoubleVerify, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring their needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver world-class customer service. Your role will involve educating clients about the DoubleVerify product suite and how it can help them achieve their advertising goals. You will also recommend and implement strategies to drive ongoing client product needs, ensuring that communication channels remain open and effective.
