You have over 5 years of experience in creative production and marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand engagement and business results. You are passionate about storytelling and understand how to leverage various media to create compelling narratives that captivate audiences.

You possess strong leadership skills, having managed teams of creative professionals and fostered an environment of collaboration and creativity. You are adept at navigating complex projects and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both creative and non-creative teams allows you to bridge gaps and drive projects forward.

You have a keen understanding of the entertainment landscape and are always looking for new ways to engage audiences through creative excellence. You are data-driven and can analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies, ensuring that your work continually evolves to meet the needs of the market.

Desirable

Experience in the entertainment industry or with major brands is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Marketing Partnerships Creative team at Netflix, overseeing the development of innovative campaigns and activations that promote our titles and engage our members. You will collaborate closely with external brands and agency partners, as well as internal teams, to create compelling marketing solutions that drive subscriber growth and brand preference.

You will be responsible for setting the creative vision for campaigns and ensuring that all creative outputs align with Netflix's brand values and objectives. This includes managing the creative process from concept to execution, providing guidance and feedback to your team, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will also analyze campaign performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-informed decisions for future initiatives. Your insights will help shape the direction of the Marketing Partnerships team and contribute to Netflix's overall mission of entertaining the world.
