What you'll do
As the Manager of Marketing Partnerships Creative, you will lead the creative strategy for various partnership programs — your role involves collaborating with external brands and agency partners to develop innovative campaigns that promote Netflix's titles. You will work closely with the Ads B2B Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Brand Partnerships teams to ensure that all creative outputs align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
You will oversee the creative production process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your ability to inspire and guide your team will be crucial as you foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and using data-driven insights to refine future strategies.
