What you'll do
In this role, you will establish a comprehensive set of quality of experience metrics for Netflix's cloud games — this involves researching and developing new metrics that accurately reflect user engagement and satisfaction. You will become the go-to expert on Cloud Games Quality of Experience, collaborating with Games Engineering and Games Studio teams to ensure that data drives the prioritization of development efforts. Your work will include creating tools and data products that enhance decision-making processes across the organization. You will also engage in deep analysis of the Cloud Games infrastructure, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
