What you'll do

As the Design Engineering Manager, you will lead the Experience Design Prototyping team at Netflix. Your role will involve defining how prototyping contributes to product strategy and ensuring that your team has the resources and support needed to succeed. You will oversee the development of high-fidelity prototypes that explore new patterns of interaction and validate ideas through user research.

You will work closely with product teams to accelerate innovation and help them make smarter decisions based on user insights.
