What you'll do

As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in tracking leave requests and production outages, providing summaries to Production Management as required. You will coordinate new starter onboarding, including start dates, seating allocations, and starter kits, ensuring that new team members feel welcomed and prepared.

You will liaise with Employee Services and the IT team to support onboarding and production needs, maintaining a smooth workflow across departments. Your responsibilities will include managing the production calendar, coordinating meetings across sites, and organizing crew screenings, both virtual and in-studio.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the digital delivery of materials between studio locations and providing administrative support to Producers and Production Managers. Your role is crucial in maintaining effective communication and organization throughout the project, ensuring that the production team can focus on creating impactful animated films.
