You are detail-oriented and take pride in providing administrative support to Producers and Production Managers, helping them focus on their creative work.

What you'll do

As a Production Assistant, you will track leave requests and production outages, providing summaries to Production Management as required. You will coordinate new starter onboarding, including start dates, seating allocations, and starter kits, ensuring that new team members feel welcomed and prepared. Liaising with Employee Services and the IT team, you will support onboarding and production needs, making sure that all logistical aspects are covered.

Maintaining and managing the production calendar will be one of your key responsibilities, as you coordinate meetings across various sites. You will organize and support meetings, reviews, and crew screenings, both virtually and in-studio, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Additionally, you will coordinate the digital delivery of materials between studio locations, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

Your role will also involve maintaining and updating production documentation, workflows, and project information, which is crucial for keeping the team informed. You will provide administrative support to Producers and Production Managers, taking and distributing clear notes during meetings to ensure that all action items are tracked and addressed. Your contributions will help create a positive and productive environment for the entire production team.
