What you'll do

In this role, you will take day-to-day responsibility for a talented team of six, guiding them in their efforts to support Netflix's UK production tax activities. You will partner closely with the Director of UK tax to lead and mentor your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel. You will act as a key representative with HMRC and other stakeholders, advocating for Netflix's interests and navigating the complexities of the UK tax landscape. Your responsibilities will include overseeing tax compliance, advising on tax implications for production activities, and developing strategies to optimize tax positions. You will also play a crucial role in expanding the team's capabilities to support the broader UK business, ensuring that tax considerations are integrated into decision-making processes across the organization.
