You have a strong background in finance management, particularly in production finance, and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality animated content. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills enable you to influence key leadership decisions effectively. You are a proactive leader who can develop and mentor a team of associates, ensuring they thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable researching and implementing new technologies to enhance production finance tools and workflows.
What you'll do
As the Production Finance Manager, you will partner with the Animation Series team to manage various production slates, including self-produced and licensed content. You will collaborate with internal partners and external studios to ensure financial policies are current and effectively implemented. Your role will involve preparing development and production budgets, as well as liaising with departments such as Labor Relations and Content Accounting to streamline processes. You will also be responsible for providing impactful analytics to guide the direction of the business and drive strategic initiatives.
