What you'll do

As the Lead Game Producer, you will own the early-stage production pipeline, ensuring that all candidate projects align with Netflix's portfolio strategy. You will serve as the central point of contact for project status and will lead the intake and due diligence efforts for new game concepts. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate projects against strategic goals and audience needs. You will be responsible for mentoring your team, promoting a culture of rigor and collaboration, and being the final escalation point for project evaluations.
