You are a seasoned engineering leader with a strong background in managing teams and driving technical projects. You have a proven track record of defining and executing roadmaps that align with business goals, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality components that support broader organizational objectives. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the engineering team responsible for foundational components of the Open Connect Control Plane. You will define the team's roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with Netflix's mission to deliver exceptional viewing experiences to millions of users worldwide. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and deployment of critical components that support the functionality of the Open Connect Appliances deployed globally.
You will work closely with other Control Plane teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the components your team develops. Your role will involve regular collaboration with ISPs and other partners to enhance the performance and reliability of Netflix's content delivery network. You will also be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing best practices within your team to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
