You are comfortable with the end-to-end ML model development lifecycle, from ideation and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with analytics and content strategy teams to inform and influence decisions based on data-driven insights.

You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistical modeling techniques. Your experience with SQL enables you to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently. What you'll do

In this role, you will innovate on a suite of predictive models that inform Netflix's content strategy. You will partner with content strategy teams to evolve approaches to content valuation and scheduling, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of decision-making. You will own the entire ML model development lifecycle, from ideation and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement. Your collaboration with data engineers and ML Ops teams will help inform and influence the development of data and ML infrastructure, ensuring that the models you create are scalable and effective.

You will also monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and effectiveness. By leveraging Netflix's unique media data, you will drive decisions across content strategy, acquisition, scheduling, and advertising. Your contributions will have a significant impact on how Netflix engages with its audience and optimizes its content offerings.
