Who you are

You have a strong background in advertising measurement and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at designing and conducting research that generates actionable insights for advertisers, particularly in the context of campaign effectiveness and media optimization. Your attention to detail and ability to convey complex data in a compelling narrative make you an ideal candidate for this position. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and data science. You are fluent in both English and Korean, enabling you to communicate effectively with local clients and agencies. You are passionate about the advertising industry and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies that impact measurement and analytics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and conducting research that provides insights into the effectiveness of Netflix's advertising campaigns in Korea. You will analyze data related to reach, frequency, and campaign verification, integrating these outputs to craft compelling narratives for clients. You will present your findings independently to clients and agencies, offering guidance on how they can optimize their media mix for better results. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, you will help shape the advertising strategy for the Korean market. You will also work with data science and consumer insights teams to ensure that the measurement outputs align with broader advertising sales efforts. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you respond to the evolving needs of advertisers in the region.
