Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in pricing strategy and packaging, ideally within the advertising or media industry. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and deliver value to customers. You are adept at addressing pricing inquiries and making discretionary decisions on exceptions, ensuring adherence to negotiated terms and conditions across various markets.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams. Your analytical mindset enables you to define go-to-market pricing and packaging requirements for new advertising offerings, ensuring they align with market demands and customer needs. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in building stronger teams and are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Netflix advertising business in the APAC region by specializing in ads pricing and packaging various ad formats. You will create, manage, and implement negotiated rate cards for agencies and advertisers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions across all APAC ad markets. You will work closely with Sales and Account Management as the first line of defense in addressing pricing and packaging inquiries, providing guidance and support to optimize revenue generation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the best approach to packaging and pricing Netflix's ads and IP offerings. Your responsibilities will include defining go-to-market pricing and packaging requirements for new ad formats, analyzing market trends, and making data-driven decisions to enhance pricing strategies. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing initiatives and strategies.
