Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in creating user-centered designs for digital platforms. Your portfolio showcases your ability to merge creativity with technology, demonstrating a strong understanding of design systems and user experience principles. You are proficient in Figma and have experience working across multiple platforms, including TV, mobile, and web.
You excel in storytelling and can effectively communicate your design vision to stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the UX strategy. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with other designers and teams, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation. You take diversity and inclusion seriously, ensuring that your designs cater to a global audience.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Netflix, you will partner with the Commerce XD team to define and extend design system components specific to the Commerce domain. Your role will involve collaborating with the Hawkins design team to ensure compliance with the Hawkins Core design principles. You will apply big-picture thinking to break down complex design challenges and create solutions that enhance the user experience across various platforms.
You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to inform your design decisions, ensuring that the products you design meet the needs of our diverse user base. You will also participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve your work and that of your peers. Your contributions will directly impact how Netflix delivers its commerce experience to over 220 million subscribers worldwide.
