You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working closely with engineers and product teams to ensure that design and functionality align seamlessly. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs effectively. You are comfortable with A/B testing and using data to inform your design choices, always striving for continuous improvement.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Netflix, you will embed yourself within key Commerce business initiatives, ensuring that the Hawkins design system evolves to meet the unique requirements of the Commerce team. You will define, maintain, and evolve emerging domain and core components, patterns, and guidance, refining designs based on user feedback and insights from cross-functional teams. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create a cohesive and innovative design experience that aligns with Netflix's mission to entertain the world.

You will be responsible for driving the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring that all design solutions are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. You will participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to the overall design culture at Netflix.
