You have experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on HR technology or talent systems. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams to create impactful products. Your curiosity drives you to explore innovative solutions and you are adaptable when faced with challenges. You have a strong bias toward execution and can lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
You are skilled in applying product management frameworks to develop enterprise or consumer products. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate complex situations and drive clarity in product development. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap for Netflix's internal talent systems. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver seamless experiences that support the full employee lifecycle, from candidate experience to employee growth and retention. You will dive deep into talent data systems and architecture, laying the foundation for AI initiatives and a broader talent ecosystem strategy.
You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of the business. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining success metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements. You will also be responsible for communicating progress and outcomes to leadership and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
