You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in HR technology or related fields β you've successfully led cross-functional teams and driven product initiatives from conception to launch. What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Coinbase, you will lead key initiatives within the HR Technology ecosystem β this includes evaluating new solutions, driving custom builds, and integrating AI-powered tools to enhance the employee experience. You will work closely with the Head of HR and other leaders to align product strategies with organizational goals.
You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions β your insights will guide the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of employees and the organization. You will also oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into existing systems.
Collaboration is key in this role; you will partner with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery β your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and accountability. You will also be expected to participate in company-wide offsites and team-building activities to strengthen relationships and align on strategic objectives.
