You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the gaming industry β you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with developing tools for game developers. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration across teams.
You are passionate about enhancing the developer experience β you have a keen eye for identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, and you thrive on creating solutions that empower developers to succeed. Your analytical mindset helps you make data-driven decisions that align with business goals.
What you'll do
As the Product Manager for Games Developer Tools, you will be the voice of the developer within the product team β you will independently identify opportunities to advance the developer experience around building, testing, and releasing games for TV. You will build consensus around a roadmap that achieves Netflixβs business goals while motivating and partnering with business leads, designers, program managers, and engineering teams.
You will drive the creation of exceptional experiences for developers making games for our platforms β this includes championing the developer experience and ensuring that internal and external game developers worldwide can develop, test, and release their games to our TV platforms. Your role will combine product management with game developer advocacy as you build out our tooling solutions.
