You have a strong background in content merchandising and catalog curation, ideally with experience in app-based environments. Your program management skills are well-honed, allowing you to effectively execute regional merchandising tactics and programs. You understand the intricacies of product and merchandising techniques, and you are adept at optimizing these strategies over time to support business growth. You are detail-oriented and possess a keen ability to troubleshoot discrepancies, ensuring quality control in all merchandising efforts. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the Regional Catalogue Merchandising team, to achieve shared goals. You are passionate about enhancing user engagement and discoverability of content, making you a valuable asset to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the operations partner to the Regional Catalogue Merchandising team, focusing primarily on France. You will be responsible for executing regional merchandising tactics and programs, setting them up in relevant tools, and configuring local self-serve AB row collection tests. Tracking for quality control will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to flag discrepancies for review and troubleshoot as needed. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that merchandising strategies align with overall business objectives. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics to refine and enhance merchandising techniques, ultimately driving user engagement and satisfaction. You will also participate in the development of new merchandising capabilities, contributing your insights and expertise to shape the future of content discoverability at Netflix.
