You have 1-3 years of proven experience in account management, ideally within the grocery or retail sectors. You possess strong relationship management skills, enabling you to act as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts. Your ability to maximize financial performance and marketing visibility for your clients is a key strength. You are data-driven, using insights to roll out growth strategies that optimize the delivery experience for merchants and customers alike.
You are a strategic thinker who can design and implement streamlined processes to manage a high volume of accounts effectively. Your experience includes identifying high-potential partners and collaborating with sales and onboarding teams to close deals. You are also a brand ambassador, representing Uber Eats' mission and values in the French market, ensuring that merchants view Uber Eats as their preferred delivery partner.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing a diverse portfolio of supermarkets and retail stores across France. You will focus on strategic relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts. Your mission will be to maximize their financial performance, marketing visibility, and overall satisfaction with Uber Eats. You will design and implement processes to support scalable portfolio growth, ensuring that you can effectively manage a high volume of accounts.
