What you'll do

In your role as QA Test Lead, you will lead one or more game projects from the Quality Assurance perspective, ensuring that all games meet the high-quality standards expected by Netflix members. You will develop and implement testing strategies that encompass various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. Collaborating closely with the design and development teams, you will provide feedback and insights that contribute to the overall quality of the games. You will also mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the team's capabilities. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results to ensure transparency and accountability in the QA process. You will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices in testing to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
