You have 4-7 years of experience in content or audience-related research, and you possess a strong analytical mindset that allows you to synthesize data from various sources. Your hands-on experience leading end-to-end quantitative research studies is complemented by a balance of creative and analytical skills, enabling you to proactively define research initiatives. You are resilient, flexible, and selfless, embodying a growth mindset that aligns with Netflix's culture and values. You are comfortable managing through ambiguity and eager to learn new things, which makes you an ideal fit for this role.
Desirable
While not required, experience with mixed methods research will be a plus. You have a knack for socializing insights beyond your immediate team and forging relationships with stakeholders, which is essential for driving impactful research initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead both qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc research projects across multiple countries and areas, including Content, Marketing, and Growth. You will work under the guidance of the Mexico/Brazil CI lead and collaborate closely with other CI researchers and cross-functional partners, including teams from Content, Marketing, Product, Data Science, Brand, Finance, and Strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to synthesize data from multiple sources, including quantitative surveys and qualitative insights, to craft clear meanings and create deeper insights that inform strategic decisions. You will also be expected to socialize these insights beyond the CI team, helping to build relationships with stakeholders and drive new research initiatives.
