What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Regional Commerce CI Strategy for Netflix across LATAM, focusing on driving commerce strategy through deep insights. You will build and maintain the regional CI roadmap for Commerce, prioritizing research initiatives based on strategic value. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary CI partner for various country teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between regional and global insights. You will collaborate closely with business partnerships and monetization teams to elevate the role of consumer insights in shaping Netflix's growth in the region. You will also be responsible for designing and executing research initiatives that address pressing business needs, ensuring that insights are actionable and impactful. Your work will directly contribute to Netflix's understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics, helping to inform strategic decisions that drive growth.
