Desirable

Experience with live media systems or sports content management is a plus. Familiarity with rights management and metadata normalization will help you excel in this role. A background in cloud computing, particularly with AWS, will be beneficial as you integrate various services into the Live MAM platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and build backend services that power the Live Media Asset Management platform, focusing on ingest orchestration and media/metadata normalization. You will integrate a third-party MAM with Netflix’s hybrid infrastructure, ensuring a coherent media and metadata flow across systems. Your responsibilities will include implementing robust data models and APIs for live media assets, metadata, rights, and time-aligned events. You will collaborate with partner teams, including engineering, production, and operations, to deliver end-to-end workflows for live and near-live content. Additionally, you will work with AI/ML teams to incorporate automated solutions into the media management processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
