Desirable

What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Live Media Asset Management platform, you will lead a talented team of engineers from architecture through to global production scale — your role will involve setting the technical direction and ensuring successful integration of third-party MAM systems with Netflix's existing infrastructure. You will define key platform services and oversee the development of ingest orchestration and rights services APIs.
You will collaborate closely with production, content, ads, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for live sports and event workflows — your ability to manage cross-functional relationships will be crucial in driving project success. You will also be responsible for making build-vs-buy decisions and translating business objectives into a realistic engineering roadmap.
