What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing software solutions that enhance the testing infrastructure for Commerce Experiences at Netflix. You will implement and maintain tools that facilitate efficient test execution and provide insights into test performance. Your work will directly impact the productivity of Commerce Engineering teams, enabling them to conduct faster and more reliable pre-production testing.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers to identify pain points in the current testing processes and propose innovative solutions to address them. Your role will involve creating centralized platforms for distributed test execution and developing customer test data creation tools. You will also analyze flaky test results and work on strategies to mitigate these issues, ensuring that the testing environment remains robust and reliable.
