You are a technically skilled Systems Engineer with a strong customer-centric approach, ready to support enterprise and IT customers. You have deep knowledge in Wi-Fi, LAN switching, cloud networking, and Zero Trust security, making you a trusted advisor during the sales cycle and beyond. Your ability to relay customer feedback effectively influences product strategy and innovation, ensuring that customer needs are reflected in future releases.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present technical content to diverse audiences, including IT stakeholders and channel partners. Your experience in delivering pre-sales technical consultation and solution design equips you to tailor product demos and proof-of-concepts to meet enterprise needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, acting as a technical bridge between customers and NETGEARβs Support organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with account teams to deliver pre-sales technical consultation and lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and security solutions. You will ensure smooth post-sales transitions by managing escalations and facilitating a consistent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and articulating technical feedback to Product Management, helping shape product direction.
You will design and support secure networking environments leveraging Zero Trust architecture, ensuring that user and device security is prioritized. Your role will also involve presenting technical content to various stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the deployment process. You will play a critical role in influencing product strategy by relaying customer insights and feedback, ensuring that NETGEAR remains at the forefront of enterprise networking solutions.
