What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with clients to determine their IT needs and design appropriate solutions. You will provide sales support by scoping and defining solutions, ensuring that client expectations are met. Planning and scheduling for refresh and renewal cycles will be part of your responsibilities, as well as managing client relationships with empathy and efficiency. You will execute projects and handle day-to-day IT tasks, all while continuing to learn new technologies and complete training tracks. Collaboration within a team environment will be essential, and you will support and contribute to team tasks to achieve common goals.
