What you'll do

In this role, you will lead design initiatives that evolve the developer experience on Netlify. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to represent the UX team and facilitate design discussions that drive user experience improvements. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the design system and processes, ensuring that accessibility practices are integrated into your work. You will manage participant recruiting for user research, ensuring that insights are effectively gathered and utilized in the design process. Your role will require you to balance near- and long-term initiatives, driving meaningful discussions and fostering a collaborative team environment.
