Netlight is hiring a Technical Office Manager to shape the technical foundation of their global office space experience. You'll ensure seamless workplace operations across 14 offices. This role requires strong coordination and operational skills.

You have a background in managing office operations and a strong understanding of workplace technology. You thrive in environments where you can combine hands-on execution with structured governance, ensuring that technology enhances the workplace experience. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with Office Managers, Tech teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to create a seamless office environment.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You understand the importance of creating a secure and inspiring workplace, where technology just works for everyone. Your proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
What you'll do
As the Technical Office Manager, you will oversee the technical aspects of office operations across Netlight's 14 international offices. You will ensure that meeting room technology, booking systems, and physical infrastructure are consistently maintained and optimized. Your role will involve coordinating office relocations and ensuring that all technical solutions align with the company's standards and goals.
You will work closely with various teams to implement smart office solutions that enhance the employee experience. Your hands-on approach will allow you to directly impact the day-to-day operations of the office, making it a more efficient and enjoyable place to work. You will also be responsible for building structure and standards in areas that matter most to the organization, ensuring that all offices deliver a high-quality experience for employees.
