Who you are
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally within the financial services or trading sectors. Your experience includes overseeing technical operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex operational challenges with ease.
You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives that support high-frequency trading environments. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and internal teams, sets you apart.
What you'll do
As the Technical Operations Manager at Optiver, you will be responsible for the operational readiness of the trading business in India. This includes managing exchange-facing technical operations and ensuring that all regulatory compliance measures are met. You will lead initiatives that are critical to the success of the trading operations, working closely with various teams to enhance market infrastructure.
