What you'll do

As the Technical Operations Manager at Optiver, you will be responsible for the operational readiness of the trading business in India. This includes managing exchange-facing technical operations and ensuring that all regulatory compliance measures are met. You will lead initiatives that are critical to the success of the trading operations, working closely with various teams to enhance market infrastructure.

You will also oversee regulatory audits and ensure that the business adheres to all necessary guidelines and standards. Your role will involve collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and support the growth of the newly established Mumbai office.
