You excel at translating complex concepts into clear sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes that guide engineering teams in building effective products.

You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, enabling you to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to ensure that the user experience is seamless and meets customer needs. You are passionate about leveraging AI technology to enhance user interactions and drive customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the design direction of cutting-edge AI-centric features at Netomi. You will conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable design solutions. Your work will involve creating sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes that will be utilized by the engineering team to develop a world-class product.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to build a leading-edge experience for our customers. Your iterative design process will ensure that the platform evolves based on user feedback and testing. You will also participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall design strategy of the company, helping to establish best practices in user experience design.
