What you'll do

As an EPC Engineer at Neuralink, you will lead inspections and quality control during construction, ensuring that all work meets the established technical requirements. You will be responsible for contractor scheduling, making sure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve interfacing with various teams to gather input on their needs and translating those into actionable project plans. You will also be tasked with identifying challenges that arise during construction, determining potential solutions, and implementing those solutions effectively.
