Who you are
You have a strong background in managing enterprise applications and a knack for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience allows you to identify needs and challenges effectively, refining processes to improve user experience. You are skilled in application configuration and have a solid understanding of best practices for managing enterprise technology applications.
You take ownership of collaboration and productivity tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively across the organization. Your technical guidance helps departments maximize the effectiveness of these tools, and you are adept at troubleshooting issues to maintain system reliability. You are also familiar with automation processes, developing scripts to reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, working closely with Enterprise, Trading, and Business teams to identify and implement tools that support their work. You will manage application configuration, coordinating change, incident, and problem management while promoting best practices. Your responsibilities will include administering core tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, and Tableau, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
You will enable collaboration by maintaining and expanding collaboration platforms, facilitating seamless operations across various teams. Providing technical guidance will be a key part of your role, as you advise departments on how to use and manage enterprise applications effectively. You will also monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues from alerts and user reports, ensuring the reliability of systems.
Additionally, you will conduct due diligence on new external tools, evaluating solutions that could enhance the organization's capabilities. Your ability to automate processes will be crucial in reducing manual work, and you will review code to improve quality standards.
