What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty clients. You will manage the successful outsourcing of workflows, including certificates of insurance and policy checking. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and reviewing client communications and deliverables, ensuring that all interactions are professional and timely.
You will work closely with the Small Business Team to identify unique opportunities for each client, providing tailored services that meet their specific needs. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will be crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for managing various client requests and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time.
