What you'll do
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty clients. You will manage the successful outsourcing of workflows, including certificates of insurance and policy checking. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing client communications and deliverables, ensuring that all information is accurate and timely. You will also monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and maintain data integrity in various systems.
