What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist on the Content Growth team, you will lead the design and execution of product experiments aimed at scaling high-quality third-party content. Your analyses will focus on enhancing user engagement, particularly in low-activity neighborhoods, by leveraging data to fill content gaps.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, providing insights that shape product development and strategy. Your role will involve interpreting data trends and presenting findings to stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven decisions are at the forefront of product initiatives.

You will also mentor junior data scientists, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of Nextdoor's community engagement efforts.
