You have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in AI implementation or customer success. You possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing customer experiences. Your attention to detail and passion for technology enable you to design high-quality conversational experiences that meet customer needs.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams. Your ability to translate business needs into scalable AI workflows and optimized conversational agents is a key strength. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable with occasional in-office or overseas travel as required.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for deploying AI solutions for customers and managing end-to-end agent implementations. You will design and optimize conversational experiences that enhance customer interactions.
