You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly within the healthcare sector — you understand the nuances of healthcare communication and the importance of integrating with EHR systems like Epic and Cerner. Your technical background allows you to dive deep into APIs and data models, making you comfortable discussing complex technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present effectively to CIOs, CMIOs, and IT decision-makers — you can translate technical innovation into customer value and influence product roadmaps based on market insights. Your customer-obsessed mindset drives you to create meaningful connections that enhance user experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the product vision and roadmap for Nextiva's healthcare communication platform — you will lead the strategy for integrating with various EHR systems, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of healthcare providers.
