What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Freshpaint, you will own the product roadmap and strategy for our customer data solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of healthcare providers while adhering to strict compliance standards. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product features, as well as defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

You will also be responsible for identifying market opportunities and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and enhancements. Your leadership will help shape the future of our product offerings, driving innovation and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the healthcare data landscape. You will mentor junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
