What you'll do

As the Director of Value Realization Services, you will lead a team of business consultants dedicated to driving customer transformation and solution adoption. You will be responsible for delivering cross-portfolio consulting services that help top customers optimize their use of NICE solutions. Your role will involve designing and implementing adoption frameworks and governance models to ensure successful change management initiatives. You will analyze data to provide insights and benchmarking that inform strategic decisions. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that AI, CCaaS, and WEM capabilities work together seamlessly to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. You will also oversee the development of operational maturity programs that enhance the effectiveness of customer interactions.
