You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building and maintaining data pipelines that support machine learning and AI applications. Desirable

Experience with conversational AI platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with customer journey optimization. Knowledge of various data storage solutions and their integration into cloud environments will set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will become a key player in the MPower Proactive AI Agents team, responsible for delivering high-quality implementations and support to clients across the globe. You will work closely with both EU and US teams initially, providing implementation and support for new and existing clients. As the platform expands into the APAC region, you will lead the implementation efforts from the Manila office, ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded. Your role will involve analyzing client needs and translating them into technical requirements, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation process. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for clients, helping them to fully leverage the capabilities of the MPower platform. Collaboration with product and engineering teams will be essential as you provide feedback and insights that drive product improvements and enhancements.
