What you'll do

In this role, you will become a subject matter expert in the MPower Proactive AI Agents solution, focusing on data models and reporting structures. You will work closely with both EU and US teams to implement and support solutions for new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include configuring and optimizing AI-driven applications, such as chatbots and knowledge assistants, ensuring they meet the specific needs of enterprise contact centers. You will also engage in quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in service delivery.

As part of a rapidly growing professional services team, you will play a crucial role in expanding NICE's presence in the APAC region. You will lead the implementation and support efforts for local clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service. Your role will involve analyzing client requirements, providing consultative support, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experiences.
