You have a strong background in cloud computing and automation, with extensive experience in designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. Your expertise in CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation sets you apart. You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team.
You possess a strategic mindset, capable of aligning DevOps initiatives with business objectives while ensuring the highest standards of performance and security. Your hands-on expertise allows you to drive efficiency and innovation across development and operations teams, making you an invaluable asset to the organization.
What you'll do
As the Tech Manager, DevOps, you will lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, guiding them in the implementation of best practices for infrastructure automation and monitoring. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance, scalability, and security, working closely with development, security, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Your role will involve designing and managing cloud-based solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as on-premises infrastructure. You will implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation, and develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI. Your hands-on approach will ensure that provisioning and automation processes are efficient and reliable.
