What you'll do

As a Technical Manager at NICE, you will lead the development of a suite of applications designed for Emergency Control Rooms. Your role will involve overseeing the design and development of these applications, ensuring they deliver operational intelligence that can save lives. You will work closely with your team to capture emergency communications and data, automate incident reconstructions, and streamline processes for quality assurance and improvement.

You will be responsible for setting the technical direction for your team, guiding them through the complexities of software development while maintaining a focus on performance and reliability.
