You are a seasoned software engineer with over 11 years of experience in full stack development, adept at building scalable and high-performance applications. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you have a keen interest in the latest design and development tools and technologies. You communicate effectively across various platforms, including email, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools, ensuring clarity and collaboration in your team. You are committed to product quality and enthusiastic about improving processes to enhance efficiency.

You take ownership of the software development lifecycle, from design through to deployment, and work closely with QA teams to ensure that architectural concepts are consistently implemented across the product. Your role as a product expert within R&D allows you to understand the product’s requirements and its market positioning, making you a vital part of the team.

Desirable

Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies would be a plus, as well as familiarity with cross-functional collaboration involving Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Support teams. You thrive in environments that challenge your limits and push you to innovate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of software features in alignment with product specifications, adhering to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, taking ownership of the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting unit testing and ensuring that the software meets the highest quality standards before deployment.

You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and guiding them through complex challenges. Your contributions will directly impact the product's success, as you will be involved in understanding user needs and translating them into technical requirements. You will work on enhancing existing features and developing new functionalities that align with the company's vision and goals.
