Overview

NICE is hiring a Senior Specialist Software Engineer to develop state-of-the-art applications and data integrations for security customers. You'll work with C# and C++ in multi-threaded environments, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in the development of complex systems. Your background includes a degree in an engineering subject, and you possess strong written and oral communication skills. You are a rapid learner, self-motivated, and a good communicator and problem solver, with a commitment to high-quality work.

Your expertise includes working with C# and C++ in multi-threaded, multi-server environments. You have experience in the full development lifecycle and are familiar with real-time environments. Your technical skills also encompass Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, WCF, XML, and Network Security, among others.

Desirable

Experience with Unity and Elasticsearch is a plus, as well as familiarity with audio development. You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to tackle challenges that push your limits.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of GUI, server, and interface components for voice, video, and screen recording applications. You will work on product development, contributing to projects that vary in size and complexity, often collaborating with teams of 15 or more.

You will engage in developer-level testing and support, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will involve working closely with security customers worldwide, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

You will also be expected to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the projects you work on, making you a key player in the development process.
