Who you are
You have 1+ years of industry experience in Java development and web applications β you've contributed to projects that require a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, which has equipped you with a solid foundation in software development principles.
You possess a comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) β you understand how to structure code for maintainability and scalability. Your experience with SQL and relational database environments such as Oracle, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL allows you to optimize data storage and retrieval effectively.
You are a self-motivated and fast learner with a strong ability to solve problems in complex technical environments β you thrive when faced with challenges and enjoy taking ownership of your work. Your collaborative spirit makes you a strong team player, capable of working independently when needed.
What you'll do
As a Full Stack Engineer at NICE, you will develop and maintain a web-based application used by large organizations for on-prem and cloud deployments β your role will involve full ownership over the development lifecycle of features according to design documents and enterprise software standards. You will optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring that the software meets the high standards set by the company.
You will collaborate with various R&D groups and support tiers, contributing to the overall success of the project β your ability to communicate effectively with team members will be crucial as you work together to solve complex problems. You will also be responsible for designing and developing for multiple platform deployments, databases, and application servers, which will require you to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in software development.
