Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of industry experience in Java development and web applications β€” you've built and maintained complex systems that serve large organizations and understand the intricacies of both on-prem and cloud deployments. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation in software development principles. You possess a comprehensive familiarity with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), allowing you to create scalable and maintainable code. Your experience with SQL and relational database environments like Oracle and MSSQL equips you to optimize data interactions and ensure application performance.

You are a strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can also work independently β€” you take ownership of your projects and have a high ability for self-learning and problem-solving in complex technical settings. Your communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various R&D groups and support tiers, ensuring that technical implementations align with enterprise software standards. You are motivated by challenges and are eager to contribute to a mission-critical application that impacts customers worldwide.

Your role will involve optimizing application performance and scalability, which is essential for handling the demands of large organizations. You will design and develop for multiple platform deployments, including databases and application servers, ensuring that the application is robust and reliable.

Collaboration is key in this role β€” you will work closely with various R&D groups to lead the technical implementation of complex features. Your ability to communicate effectively will help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the development process, leveraging your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the application and the satisfaction of its users.
